Author Guideline

Author Guidelines

1. Language and General Format

Manuscripts may be written in English or Indonesian, following the journal’s current policy. Submit files in .doc, .docx, or .rtf format. Use A4 page size, single-column layout, line spacing 1.0–1.15, and 12‑pt Times New Roman (or another journal-standard typeface). All submissions must be original, not previously published, and not under review elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Structure

Arrange the manuscript in the following order:

  1. Title
  2. Author names and affiliations
  3. Abstract
  4. Keywords
  5. Introduction
  6. Materials and Methods
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. Acknowledgements (if any)
  10. References

3. Title

The title should be concise, informative, and reflective of the manuscript’s central topic. Avoid formulas, uncommon abbreviations, or unusual symbols. Recommended length is 10–15 words or as directed by the editorial office.

4. Author Names and Affiliations

Provide full names without academic or professional degrees (e.g., Putu Adi Wibawa). Include institutional affiliation (department, institution, city, country) for each author. Indicate the corresponding author with contact details (postal address and active email). For multiple affiliations, use superscript numbering.

5. Abstract

Write the abstract as a single paragraph (in English or Indonesian as appropriate). Recommended length is 150–200 words. The abstract must state the background, objective, method, key findings, conclusion, and the contribution of the work to theory or practice.

6. Keywords

Provide 3–5 keywords or short phrases, listed alphabetically. Choose specific terms that reflect the main themes of the paper; avoid overly broad or generic words.

7. Introduction

The Introduction should present the background and importance of the research topic, summarize relevant recent literature, and identify the research gap. Clearly state the problem, research objectives, and hypotheses (when relevant). Conclude the Introduction with a clear statement of the study aims.

8. Methods

Describe the research type, design, population or sample, instruments, data collection procedures, and analysis methods in sufficient detail to allow replication. Specify any specialized instruments, validation procedures, and software (including version numbers) used for data analysis. When reporting statistical analyses, name the tests and any assumptions or thresholds applied.

9. Results and Discussion

Present results clearly using well‑labelled tables and figures. Number tables and figures sequentially and provide concise captions. Do not repeat all values from tables or figures verbatim in the text; instead, emphasize interpretation and main findings. In the Discussion, relate results to existing literature, explain possible mechanisms or reasons for the findings, and discuss theoretical and practical implications.

10. Conclusion

Provide a brief, focused conclusion that directly reflects the study’s objectives and main results. Do not introduce new data, tables, or citations in the Conclusion. When relevant, state the study’s contributions and propose directions for future research.

11. Acknowledgements

Optionally acknowledge individuals or organizations that provided support but do not meet authorship criteria. Disclose funding sources and grant numbers where applicable.

12. References

Use a reference management tool (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote). The journal adopts APA (latest edition) or the editorially mandated citation style. List references alphabetically by author surname. Use et al. for three or more authors in in-text citations. At least 80% of references should be recent journal articles (approximately within the last 10 years). Include DOIs where available.
