Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:
1. General Requirements
The manuscript must be written in clear English or Indonesian. All manuscripts will first be reviewed by the editorial board. Submissions must be uploaded in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Rich Text Format (.rtf). The manuscript should have a minimum length of 5,000 words, typed in a single-column A4 format, using Cambria 12pt, and must present original work that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in applied AI for education.
The minimum standard requirements for the Journal of Applied Artificial Intelligence in Education (JAAIE) are:
- Written in English or Indonesian.
- Length between 6–15 pages. Longer manuscripts may be accepted upon editorial approval.
- References managed with Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote and formatted in IEEE style.
- Prepared using the official JAAIE template and must have a similarity score (Turnitin/iThenticate) below 25%.
2. Structure of The Manuscript
The manuscript is suggested to follow the structure below:
- Title
Concise and informative (12–15 words), without formulas. - Author(s)
Full names without academic titles. Provide complete contact details. - Affiliation
Institution name, address, postal code, telephone, and email. - Abstract
150–250 words, in English or Indonesian, summarizing background, objectives, methods, results, conclusion, and contributions. - Keywords
3–5 keywords, alphabetical order, in English. - Introduction
Background, research problem, significance, literature review, and objectives (±1000 words). - Methods
Provide sufficient detail for replication. Include instruments, data collection, and data analysis procedures. - Results and Discussion
Present findings clearly with tables/figures. Discuss significance, implications, and limitations. Avoid repeating data in both text and visuals. - Conclusion
Summarize findings and highlight contributions to knowledge in applied AI in education. One concise paragraph. - Acknowledgement
Credit contributors and disclose funding sources, including grant numbers if applicable. - References
Must use IEEE citation style with reference management software.
