Withdrawal of Manuscript

The author is not allowed to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts (unless there are compelling reasons), because the withdrawal wastes valuable resources: editors and reviewers spend substantial time processing submissions, and the publisher also invests work in managing the publication workflow.

If the author still requests withdrawal of a manuscript, the author will be asked to submit an "Article Withdrawal Form" signed by all authors (or by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors), clearly stating the reasons for manuscript withdrawal. Authors must not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive an official notification from the editorial office. Please contact sipakatau@grc.id to request the "Article Withdrawal Form".

It is unethical to withdraw a submitted or published manuscript from one journal if it has been accepted by another journal or is under consideration elsewhere.
